All-In-One makes Cheshire garden centre swoop

NORTH Manchester company All-In-One Garden Centre has expanded into Cheshire with the acquisition of Hills Garden Centre near Knutsford.
Family-owned All-In-One, which has built up a successful business in Middleton over the last 40 years, has already rebranded Hills as All-In-One Knutsford.
Finance director Jason Stafford said: “”All the staff at All-In-One are thrilled to announce this acquisition and are very much looking forward to welcoming all of the existing staff into the All-In-One family and of course meeting our new customers.
“All-In-One believes this centre offers much potential in garden centre retailing and is looking forward to the challenge of developing the business further.”
Based in Allostock in the Cheshire countryside, the new location features its own miniature railway, pet store and cafe. It was previously owned by businessman
Reuben Fielding, who was advised on the disposal by North West law firm Brabners Chaffe Street.
Mr Fielding has sold the garden centre to focus his attention on new business opportunities.
Robert Street, corporate partner at Brabners Chaffe Street, said: “Reuben Fielding has built up a strong business in recent years, with an outstanding reputation locally, which offers the buyer great potential to develop the business further.”
The legal team at Brabners also included corporate solicitor, Mark Morrell and Paul Nicholls, property associate.
Tony Woolley of Pareto Tax and Wealth provided financial advice to Reuben Fielding. JBHS Solicitors advised All-In-One Garden Centre.
