Listed Victorian building to get major revamp

60 Spring Gardens

A Victorian building in the heart of Manchester is undergoing a major refurbishment.

CBRE’s Office Agency team has been appointed by Catella APAM to market 60 Spring Gardens.

The Grade II listed five storey office building is undergoing a complete transformation to deliver Grade A accommodation.

Originally built in 1882, 60 Spring Gardens occupies a prime position within Manchester’s business district.

The building has 20,000 sq ft of modern office space over four floors with 12 secure basement car parking spaces.

The building’s ground floor tenants include Black Sheep Coffee and Six By Nico and office occupiers including Lloyds Banking Group, Booking.com and Hill Dickinson.

Jonathan Cook, associate director at CBRE Manchester, said: “We are delighted to be appointed as sole agents on 60 Spring Gardens.

“Its excellent location coupled with the repositioning campaign that Catella APAM has planned, makes this a very exciting project for us.”
