Liverpool property sales agent RWinvest has announced plans to add another 25 staff to its ranks next year, a 30% increase.

This follows 28 new roles created by the company previously.

The company experienced significant increases in its stock of new developments this year and in excess of 1,650 new properties are due to be sold by the firm in 2022.

During the past 12 months RWinvest has assisted in more than £150m in property transactions.

The company predominantly secures investment for North West developments and recently opened an office in Salford Quays to further supplement this. However, in 2022 the company is also actively looking to recruit for positions in London due to its recent growth in the capital.

RWinvest works closely with a variety of leading property development companies including Liverpool-based Legacie Developments, whom it has secured investment of more than £300m for.

The company often secures investment from UK investors but is increasingly expanding its global network to attract prospective buyers from around the world.

RWInvest, which launched in 2004, has delivered more than £1bn into the UK investment market.

Director, Michael Gledhill, said: “After what has been a fantastic year for the company, we are absolutely delighted to announce that we will be further expanding our workforce by 30% next year.

“Like with many companies, the pandemic has presented many challenges for us. Thankfully, our excellent team has ensured that the business thrived.

“Last year we recruited 28 new starters and it is testament to the positive direction we are heading as a company that we are in a position to bring even more people into our business.

“We have many exciting opportunities in the pipeline for 2022 and are anticipating another brilliant year.”
