Simon Carves teams up with green energy firm

NORTH West consultancy Simon Carves Engineering has signed a strategic partnership deal with AIM-listed PowerHouse Energy Group.
Simon Carves, which is currently based in Cheadle but is moving to Wythenshawe has been operating for 130 years, and is now a subsidiary of Indian group Punj Lloyd.
London-based PowerHouse Energy Group is an alternative energy business specialising in the sale of waste to energy systems. It has developed a new
technology, Pyromex Ultra High Temperature Gasification, which it is looking to commercialise.
The partnership with Simon Carves is seen as key to achieving this goal, given Carves’ expertise in technology delivery.
The company has been engaged within the renewable industry for many years, and represents an ideal engineering and technology partner for PowerHouse.
Ross Lyndon James, executive chairman of PowerHouse said: “Today’s announcement is further evidence of the tipping point PowerHouse is experiencing in the transition from a pre-sales pipeline to actual sales.
“PowerHouse is pleased to be working with such an experienced engineering and technology partner who can assist in the exploitation of the sales pipeline. This MOU with Simon Carves is another important step in that transition.”
