Recruitment firm doubles its floorspace with big move

FORREST Recruitment, a company with a £13.5m turnover across its nine branches, is relocating its Altrincham, Greater Manchester office.

It is moving to 6 Ambassador Court from 28a The Downs, Altrincham.  The company has taken a six-year lease on the 1,000sq ft ground floor accommodation – twice the space of its previous office – at a rental of £13.50 per sq ft.

John Forrest, managing director, Forrest Recruitment, said: “These new offices provide us with the quality accommodation we were looking for in the right location, following the expiry of our current lease.”

Daniel Lee, Regional Property Solutions who let the offices, said: “This is the first letting to be completed in the recently refurbished 3,500 sq ft office building.

“It reflects the demand for quality offices in this popular town centre location.  The first and second floors, each comprising 1,300 sq ft are still available.”

The property is managed by Regional Property Solutions on behalf of Ensco 1162.
