Fry Fresh sizzles into industrial park

AN edible oil supplier to the food industry has expanded its operation and acquired a further unit at the Vauxhall Industrial Estate, Ruabon, Wrexham.
Fry Fresh Edible Oils has paid £90,000 for Unit 2 comprising 3000sq ft. It purchased Units 3 and 4 in March of this year bringing its total occupation to 10,000sq ft.
David Rowley, director of commercial agent TFC, who acted for the landlord, Stockport-based Heathdown Properties in the acquisition of the 37,000sq ft industrial investment at the beginning of this year, said: “We believed that this acquisition had the potential for a strong return through pro-active asset management.
“This is proving to be the case with a total of 28,000 sq ft now let or sold. Unit 1 is now under offer and so we expect that the scheme will be fully let or sold by the end of the year.”
Fry Fresh was unrepresented.
