Bury retail warehouse sold for £7m
A RETAIL warehouse in Bury has changed hands for £7m.
In a stock market statement Guernsey-registered Isis Property Trust said it had bought the site at Hope Mill Retail Park, Foundry Street, but did not name the seller.
It said the purchase had been made “by way of a forward commitment” and should complete in May.
The 35,000 sq ft property is close to the town centre and has three tenants on 15-year leases: Dreams, Pets at Home and Smyths Toys.
Isis said the value of the purchase reflected a net initial yield of 6.95%.
