TWO North West law firms have advised on Kenny Dalglish’s full-time return to Liverpool FC after he signed a three-year contract.

Mr Dalglish, who has overseen an impressive revival at the club since returning to manage Liverpool in January on a caretaker basis, was advised by Bermans, while Brabners Chaffe Street acted for the club.

The Brabners team included partners, Lydia Edgar and David Bentham and associate, Nicola Soden.

Employment specialist Lydia Edgar said: “We are delighted to have worked with Liverpool FC in this matter and we wish both the club and Kenny continued success.”

Bermans’ corporate partner Kieran Donovan and employment associate Ansar Ali were retained by Mr Dalglish.

Mr Ali said: “It was a privilege to advise Mr Dalglish on his contract and to be involved in something which means so much to millions of fans across the world and is so important to the fabric of the city and its economy.”
