Muller completes £10m developments for Yorkshire Bank

CHESHIRE-based Muller Project Management has completed the development of five residential sites in the Midlands, with a combined value of £10m.

The company, which was appointed by Yorkshire Bank, specialises in the completion of developments for a range of financial institutions and  in assessment of a bank’s position and the realisation of its investment.

 It was brought in to complete construction of the houses, after a local residential development company was forced to cease work earlier in the year, leaving the sites part developed and in a deteriorating condition. 

Simon Dew, Muller’s managing director, said: “We have worked closely with our clients, Yorkshire Bank, to successfully deliver five schemes that had suffered a number of significant setbacks.”
