New pop-up marketing suite opens at Middlewood Locks

Middlewood Locks

A new pop-up marketing suite at the £1bn Middlewood Locks in Salford opens this weekend to push the mixed-use development being created by Scarborough International Properties (SIPL).

The development which is taking place on the northern gateway into Manchester’s business district is attracting greater than anticipated interest, say SIPL.

The apartments will be of a high specification throughout, featuring open plan living rooms with full height glazing taking advantage of the spectacular views, fully fitted contemporary kitchens with integrated appliances, and luxury bathrooms.

There will also be private, covered parking and bicycle storage. Alongside the new apartments will be convenience store, a nursery, restaurants and bars, and a gym.

For the launch weekend, the pop-up marketing suite will be open on Hampson Street, Salford to visitors from 11am – 5pm on Saturday (June 17), offering potential buyers the chance to meet with the sales team and reserve their new home.

“We have been overwhelmed by the huge interest in Middlewood Locks and are delighted with the level of demand from local people and first time buyers,” says Nicola Wallis, the person in charge of sales and marketing of the apartments.

“More than 60 apartments have already been reserved to our loyalty customers and to the first customers who registered their interest on our mailing list as part of our early bird campaign. In response to this demand, we have decided to get started with our pop-up marketing suite in advance of the permanent marketing suite being ready later this year.”
