Citibase signs six deals at its newest flexible office hub in Liverpool

Citibase Liverpool Moorfields

Flexible office firm Citibase has signed six new deals in its latest business hub, Citibase Liverpool Moorfields, inside the newly-refurbished Centric House.

The deals come within four months of opening, reflecting the region’s appetite for its flexible, fully serviced offices.

Citibase’s newest customers, Anna Rose Counselling, Writebase, Loco Recruitment, Kare Plus Wirral & Liverpool, Watkins Price and Aactive Physio, have taken a combined total of 1,889 sq ft.

Citibase Liverpool Moorfields is housed in the five-storey newly-refurbished Centric House, in one of the city’s best business locations.

Set directly opposite Moorfields station, all of Liverpool’s best shops, restaurants and amenities are on the doorstep.

The site marks Citibase’s fifth centre in the North West, following the opening of Citibase Warrington Birchwood last year and the recent expansion of Citibase Salford Quays.

The space has the potential to offer a vibrant home for up to 450 SMES, start-ups, entrepreneurs and larger corporates in the heart of Liverpool.

Citibase chief executive, Steve Jude, said: “The signing of six new SMEs in our Liverpool centre is further evidence that the flexible working revolution is truly booming in the North West, as demand continues to soar with a wide range of businesses increasingly turning to our low-risk, short-term contracts.”

As with Citibase’s other business centres throughout the UK, Citibase Liverpool Moorfields offers suites in various sizes, from one person to much larger spaces, making it ideal for businesses at every stage of their development.

The centre also enjoys superfast broadband with a range of internet and telecoms packages, 24-hour access, on-site bicycle parking, meeting rooms, as well as a friendly concierge team offering a variety of business support services.
