Rainmaker Awards back for a fifth year

The awards which celebrate the work and achievements of the region’s corporate finance community are back for a fifth year.

The Rainmaker Awards are different because they are chosen by the professionals who work on the region’s deals.

And this year we have added an extra category – Changemaker of the Year – to recognise the efforts of the individuals, teams and organisations  who are working towards making the corporate finance community more diverse and inclusive.

A judging day is being held in May to draw up a shortlist of the best deals, hardest working teams and outstanding individuals.

That will be followed by an online vote in which each company in the corporate finance community will get the chance to pick their winners.

The categories include public markets deal of the year and international deal of the year along with legal team of the year and corporate finance team of the year.

The Rainmaker Awards will be handed out at a dinner at the Hilton Deansgate on Thursday 20th  June.
