Cosmetics brand opens flagship store at key city centre retail site

The Too Faced store in Liverpool One

Retail centre Liverpool One has announced that cult cosmetics brand, Too Faced, has officially opened its North West flagship store on Paradise Street.

The new 1,000 sq ft store joins a host of international beauty meccas at the destination including Morphe, Molton Brown and one-stop cosmetics hub Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols.

Established in 1998 by Jerrod Blandino and Jeremy Johnson, Too Faced has been a pioneering force in the make-up industry for more than 20 years with its distinctive, world-first products.

The new regional flagship will house the brand’s full range of cosmetics, including Better Than Sex Mascara#1-selling prestige mascara in America, and will be fitted out with signature playful, Instagram-friend décor.

Alison Clegg, director, asset management at Liverpool One owner Grosvenor Europe, said: “Our approach to a strong tenant mix is always led by our understanding of the customer, which is shown in the keen anticipation for Too Faced’s opening.

“The brand’s selection of Liverpool One for a regional flagship cements our position as one of the strongest performing destinations in the UK.”

The announcement follows the recent launch of the upsized Pull&Bear concept at Liverpool One, and news that independent lifestyle and fashion brand Oliver Bonas will be opening on Upper South John Street in the Autumn, along with luxury jewellers ROX on Peter’s Lane.

Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors acted for Liverpool One. Cushman & Wakefield represented Too Faced.
