Developer on move to new headquarters

Riverside House

Regeneration specialist Muse Developments has moved to new offices following a period of sustained expansion in the North West.

The move has come after a number of years at Salford Quays.

The new offices on the first and second floor at Riverside House will allow for a flexible working environment for staff, as well for further growth and expansion.

Riverside House is the smallest office building that that forms part of the wider New Bailey scheme being delivered by The English Cities Fund – a joint venture between Muse, Legal & General and Homes England.

Phil Mayall, regional director at Muse Developments, said: “The excitement has been building around the office for some time, so it’s great to make the move to Riverside in what is truly a statement building.

“This move is both a statement of our intent to deliver innovative regeneration schemes across the region, along with an opportunity to offer our colleagues a flexible working environment for them to thrive in.

“The wider New Bailey scheme, delivered by our joint venture, The English Cities Fund, continues to move apace with a number of developments currently on site and more due to start.

“We’re delighted to be moving right into the heart of one of our own flagship schemes that truly is transforming homes, lives and communities for the city of Salford.”

Muse is leading on a range of multi-million pound schemes in the region, including, Time Square, Warrington; City Place, Chester; Cheadle Royal; Stockport Exchange, along with a number of projects being delivered through their Waterside Places, Wirral Growth Company and The English Cities Fund joint ventures.

The main switchboard number will remain the same, as will the central email address.

Following the completion of the main build by Bardsley Construction, Muse’s sister company, Overbury, completed the fit out, which was designed by Manchester-based interior designer specialist, Space Invader Design.
