Agent appointed to sell rare freehold industrial site for £7.95m

Avison Young’s industrial team has brought an 11-acre industrial site, including an 110,000 sq ft distribution complex in Appleton, Warrington, to market on behalf of Travis Perkins for £7.95m.
The existing units on the freehold plot, which is at a density of 23%, offer recently refurbished industrial accommodation with high quality, two-storey office workspace and concrete yards.
The site is strategically located within one mile of the M6 and M56 intersections and just four miles south of Warrington Town centre.
