Sale office building to get speculative refurbishment

Investment and development company, Maloneview (Sale) is to speculatively refurbish Springfield House, a self-contained office building in Sale, Greater Manchester.

Situated next to The Square Shopping Centre, which is also owned by Maloneview, fronting Springfield Road, the building provides 14,702 sq ft of office accommodation over two upper floors with a new self-contained ground floor reception.

The full internal and external refurbishment of the building will include new windows and air conditioning throughout

Speaking about the decision to refurbish, Mark Canning, director at Canning O’Neill, said: “With few options for office space in Sale and pent-up demand, Springfield House will undoubtedly appeal to businesses looking for a highly accessible office location that appeals to clients and employees alike.

Works on Springfield House will start in the New Year with completion scheduled for June 2020.
