Avison Young markets Castlefield office for £1m


Avison Young is acting on behalf of administrators to find a suitable buyer for self-contained offices in Castlefield on the fringe of Manchester city centre, inviting offers in the region of £1m, which equates to less than £120 per sq ft.

The ground floor suite, of around 8,460 sq ft, in Citygate is situated on Blantyre Street, which is home to a mix of self-contained commercial premises and purpose-built apartments.
