Macbryde Homes announces return to exclusive sector with Wirral scheme
Macbryde Homes has announced plans to return to Wirral where it will build 25 luxury new homes in Meols under its Signature Collection brand.
Work on the development, to be known as Queensbury Manor, has commenced and sales will launch shortly.
Located on land that formerly served as a playing field for the nearby Kingsmead School, the homes will all boast four bedrooms and will blend traditional elegance of classic architecture with sophisticated, 21st century interior design.
They mark a return for Macbryde Homes to developing exclusive homes in highly sought after areas almost three years after it completed Kingswood Manor in Woolton, Liverpool.
Macbryde managing director Gwyn Jones said: “The opportunity to purchase this land, which is in such a highly-sought after location and which already boasted planning permission, was simply too good an opportunity to miss.
“We have a strong heritage delivering luxury homes across Wirral and Merseyside and it’s fantastic to now be back with our latest development in our Signature Collection.
“These homes, located in close proximity to many fine restaurants, bistros and wine bars, within easy access to ample retail therapy opportunities, and, of course, with a wealth of strong transport connections into Liverpool and across the North West, will particularly appeal to professionals, families and the retired market.
“We’re expecting interest to be very strong when we launch in a couple of months.”
Macbryde Homes’ Signature Collection is centred on exclusive homes in private, sought after locations that are built using the very latest technologies and quality materials, finished with high-end fixtures and fittings, ensuring that purchasers are in no doubt as to the desirability of their new homes.
Gwyn Jones said: “In recent years, Macbryde Homes has grown rapidly and is recognised as a market leader in developing quality new homes across all sectors of the market in the North West of England and across North Wales.
“We always had a desire to complement our open market and affordable homes on larger sites, with a return to smaller, luxury developments in highly-desirable locations.
“However, the market conditions and area have to be totally right to do so.
“We believe that the homes we’ll build at Queensbury Manor, Meols, meet these criteria and we look forward to seeing how popular they are once we launch.”
