Avison Young brings three Lancashire properties to market

Property consultancy Avison Young has been appointed to market three sites in Blackburn town centre, Lancashire.

The sites include two Grade II-listed Victorian mid-terrace office schemes and a closely located 0.06 acres car park.

The Grade II-listed office properties are both on well-known Richmond Terrace.

Numbers 7-8 Richmond Terrace totals 3,324 sq ft over three floors, while 12-13 Richmond Terrace is slightly larger at 4,052 sq ft.

The land is located to the rear of Richmond Terrace, and was previously being used as a car park with the capacity for 12 cars. There is stepped pedestrian access through to Richmond Terrace.

All three sites are being sold separately with the opportunity for a buyer to put in a combined offer. There is potential for the properties to be developed into alternative use, subject to the necessary planning consents.

Bethany Newman from Avison Young, said: “This is an exciting opportunity to purchase all three sites which are ideally located within walking distance of Blackburn’s newly-redeveloped main shopping centre, with good access road and motorway links.”
