JLL advises on 20,000 sq ft letting in Trafford

Professional services firm JLL has secured a 20,500 sq ft letting on behalf of a private client at Tenax Cross, the most recent development of industrial and logistics space on Trafford Park, to vehicle repair company The Vella Group.

The unit reached practical completion in December 2019 and has excellent access to the motorway network. It is located just off Tenax Circle, close to Tenax Road in the heart of Trafford Park.

Robert Kos, an associate in the JLL industrial and logistics team, said: “With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the industrial and logistics sector has performed well throughout.

“This letting at Tenax Cross demonstrates that there is strong demand for Grade A buildings in prime locations and it has cemented the decision to speculatively develop the unit.”

“This is an excellent location for their business to be located and the new-build gives them the ability to grow.

“This is a turbulent time for the market, but this letting is testament to the reliance of the sector.”
