Duo of Merseyside lettings completed on industrial estate
Real estate group JLL has secured two lettings totaling more than 50,000 sq ft at Boston Park in Haydock on behalf of last mile logistics real estate company, Mileway.
The first, a unit of more than 28,500 sq ft, has been taken by a furniture retailer and the second, a 25,000 sq ft unit, will be occupied by Premier Paper, one of the UK’s leading paper suppliers.
Both have signed 10-year leases.
Robert Kos, an associate in JLL’s industrial and logistics team, said: “With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the industrial and logistics sector has performed well throughout.
“This duo of lettings confirms the continued strong demand for warehouses in prime locations.”
The property is located within the established Boston Park Industrial Estate, strategically located adjacent to the A580 East Lancashire Road and within one mile of the M6 at junction 23.
Haydock is a recognised location for distribution facilities in the North West, being equidistance between Manchester and Liverpool and benefiting from excellent transport networks throughout the region.
Boston Park comprises a large multi-let industrial estate within an established commercial/industrial location.
