Trio of new tenants sign up for waterfront location

The Quay, No.12 Princes Dock

Three businesses have chosen to let space at Princes Dock, situated within Liverpool Waters.

Walker Sime, Delva Patman Redler and Moda Living will move in following agreements with Liverpool Waters owner and developer Peel L&P.

The three companies have taken space at The Quay, No.12 Princes Dock, which provides a range of flexible office solutions.

The first neighbourhood to be developed at Peel L&P’s Liverpool Waters, Princes Dock is home to a mix of office and residential developments and continues to grow.

Last year saw the completion of Plaza 1821, a 15-storey private rental development, and the topping-out of The Lexington, a 34-storey, 325-apartment development. Reservations go live for The Lexington in Spring with first residents moving in from Summer.

Princes Dock will also eventually be home to Liverpool’s new cruise terminal and hotel.

Liza Marco, Peel L&P asset manager at Liverpool Waters, said: “We’re very pleased that three leading businesses have chosen to locate at Liverpool Waters. Princes Dock is already a thriving mixed-use neighbourhood home to world-renowned businesses such as KPMG and Cargill.

“With a wide variety of well-specified office spaces available, there’s something for every kind of business at Liverpool Waters.”

Delva Patman Redler is a firm of chartered surveyors and renowned specialists in party walls, rights of light, daylight/sunlight and neighbour disputes. Its North West office additionally offers occupier services and the new base at Liverpool Waters complements the London head office.

Walker Sime is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that offers quantity surveying, project management, construction design management and bill of quantities services. Having been previously based at No.8 Princes Dock, the new office at The Quay at Liverpool Waters complements offices in Manchester and Leeds.

Moda Living is a vertically integrated developer and operator of high quality neighbourhoods, with developments currently in operation or planned across the UK. The office at Liverpool Waters will be used to support Moda’s newest development, The Lexington.

At present, more than 2,500 people work at Princes Dock across a range of Grade A office spaces, providing flexible office provision and a wide range of amenities within the immediate vicinity including two hotels, a coffee shop, restaurants, a nursery and a multi-storey car park.
