Marketing automation consultancy MarCloud has expanded its workspace at Bruntwood Works’ Cotton Exchange in Liverpool for the second time in six months.

The business, which specialises in Salesforce and Pardot software, has also strengthened its relationship with Bruntwood Works through a new project using artificial intelligence to maximise the property owner’s business development infrastructure.

Having expanded its original footprint at the Bixteth Street building in November 2020, a further surge in client growth has now led the firm to secure a new 1,500 sq ft fully refurbished space on the fifth floor.

MarCloud’s office dog Ming, a Japanese Chin, is also joining the team in the new space.

Tom Ryan, MarCloud managing director, said: “The past 12 months has been a really promising period of growth for our business, with a large number of new clients seeking our support to implement complex solutions on Pardot and Salesforce for their businesses.

“Bruntwood Works has been a big part of that journey – not only by allowing us the flexibility to twice expand our space, but also by collaborating with us on a new project that is already making a big difference to how the business automates its sales and marketing activity.

“Being able to bring Ming along to work with us every day was also a major factor in our decision to remain in the building and we are all looking ahead to a new and prosperous chapter for MarCloud.”

Cotton Exchange has become a hub for a wide variety of businesses in the digital and creative sectors over recent years and the building offers a range of spaces that encourage peer collaboration and support employee wellbeing.

Tony Reed, head of commercial at Bruntwood Works in Liverpool, said: “We work hard to have close relationships with every customer, understanding their workspace needs and creating opportunities within our buildings for them to expand.

“When we’re able to work alongside a customer, as we have with MarCloud, it makes that relationship even more special and the success of this project is testament to the culture of collaboration and innovation that exists within both businesses.”
