Plans approved for MA6NITUDE logistics/distribution space

Magnitude Land, a joint venture between Tritax Symmetry and NPL, has secured outline planning consent for a further 867,000 sq ft warehouse/distribution space at MA6NITUDE in Middlewich, Cheshire.

Planning has been approved at committee on land to the south of Cledford Lane and west of the proposed Middlewich Eastern Bypass.

Magnitude Land is being advised by a project team including Avison Young as planning and EIA consultants, AEW Architects, civils and infrastructure specialist SGI, and Eddisons Highways consultants.

Savills, B8RE and Legat Owen are joint agents for the scheme.

David Nuttall, development director at Tritax Symmetry said: “This is a significant planning application and puts the foundations in place for the future development of Cheshire’s premier business destination.

“This is the next in a series of announcements we will be making about progress at MA6NITUDE over the next six months across all of the phases.”

The site will provide space for sweets maker Swizzels.

Tritax Symmetry is the development arm of Tritax Big Box REIT.
