“The solution to build quicker and more sustainably, yet maintain an exceptional level of quality, is something which is long overdue in the industry, and we are now offering LGSF solutions to registered providers, private developers, and their construction partners, across the region to assist with the Affordable Homes Programme and housing demand generally.

“The opportunity to relocate our head office, coupled with a new trading name as part of our refreshed brand identify, positions us really well for the next chapter ahead.

“We aren’t moving too far and will always remain firmly rooted within the Greater Manchester region, however it’s quite exciting to establish new relationships within Bolton and ‘support local’ as much as possible.

“Once settled into our new office we are keen to open the doors to our manufacturing facility and hold factory tours to showcase our steel frame production in full flow.”
