Fitness business trebles workspace with relocation to new headquarters

OriGym's new home

Fitness education provider OriGym has expanded its Liverpool headquarters to a 7,500 sq ft space at Bruntwood Works’ Exchange Court.

The firm delivers a range of courses and qualifications for personal training professionals in locations across the UK and is relocating from a 2,500 sq ft space at Queen Insurance Buildings, which is also owned by Bruntwood Works.

OriGym’s new headquarters will be used to expand its range of accredited fitness courses and qualifications for aspiring fitness professionals to launch their new career within the health and fitness sector.

Luke Hughes, director at OriGym, said: “We are a proud Liverpool business that has continued to experience rising demand for our training courses in towns and cities across the country. We’ve now supported more than 30,000 fitness professionals to gain qualifications and jobs in the sector.

“This success meant we needed to find a much larger space for our national headquarters.

“From day one, we’ve worked closely with Bruntwood Works to understand our options and identify opportunities for expansion, so we’re thrilled to have found such a great new space and to have the chance to continue working with them over the coming years.”

Tony Reed, head of commercial at Bruntwood Works in Liverpool, said: “We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our buildings but also on the strength of our relationships with customers, so it’s really pleasing when a customer is able to expand within our portfolio.

“OriGym put their faith in us to find the best possible solution and that spirit of partnership has led them to take on a large, stunning space that sets them up perfectly to realise all of their future ambitions.”
