City Works Business Park in Openshaw, Manchester, is now fully let after a new tenant agreed terms.
Asset management specialists NSM, which oversees City Works, agreed a five-year lease with management consultants, D7 International Ltd.
D7 International is expanding across the North, growing from its thriving London headquarters.
The lease has been agreed on Unit 4, Clayton Court, which offers 3,721 sq ft for its new North West hub.
City Works Business Park is situated just off Ashton Old Road, Openshaw, with easy access to A635 and nearby M62 and M56 motorway networks.
A development of 48 high quality, modern industrial units provides a total of 173,303 sq ft of commercial space.
