Accrington site will support 97 new homes
Simple Life, a provider of Build to Rent (BTR) housing, is developing 47 new two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in Accrington, with first lets beginning in December 2021, and completion expected in spring 2022.
The site, named Ribblesdale Place, will deliver 97 new build homes, including 50 properties for open market sale, by housing developer, Countryside.
As part of Simple Life’s environmental and wellbeing initiatives, this scheme will feature a mix of planted trees and gardens, contributing to a greener development and a sustainable future.
Located just one mile north of Accrington town centre, the site benefits from excellent transport links, including Accrington’s eco-friendly train station, just one mile away, and the M65 motorway, providing quick access to the north and south of the region.
The town is situated between Blackburn, Burnley, and Preston, with Manchester just a short drive away.
