Trade park now fully let following latest 10-year lease deal

Commercial property management company, NSM, has let the 4,704 sq ft unit 38 at Gateway 49 Trade Park in Warrington to Stevenswood.

Following this latest letting, Gateway 49 is now fully let.

A dedicated window, door, glass and conservatory supply, Stevenswood has seen dramatic growth as property owners increase home improvement projects during the pandemic. As a result it has invested in a 10-year lease for this additional trade counter outlet.

Home to 25 businesses, this well established trade park offers industrial units ranging from 3,000 to almost 16,000 sq ft. Ideal for small to medium sized enterprises, they provide light and general industrial and warehousing uses with 6m eaves heights, electric doors ample loading and parking.

The site is managed by NSM which secured this latest letting.
