Fully occupied Wigan industrial estate sold in £4.5m deal

Nolan Redshaw has negotiated the off-market acquisition of Kirkless Industrial Estate in Wigan, on behalf of a retained private client, for more than £4.5m.

Parkinson Real Estate acted on behalf of the vendor.

Located in Aspull, Wigan, the site totals more than 27 acres and contains a balanced mix of industrial units and self contained yards let to in excess of 70 separate tenants, with a broad mix of local and regional occupiers.

The estate has seen significant development over a number of years and is initially fully let.

The site is one of the largest industrial sites in Wigan held in single ownership.
