Flexible workspace concept to ARRIVE at Liverpool Waters
Property business Peel L&P is extending its flexible workspace concept to Liverpool Waters.
It said ARRIVE will expand for the first time from Salford’s MediaCity to No.10 Princes Dock.
Following the completion of the £3.3m refurbishment of the flexible, managed workspace in MediaCity’s Blue and Tomorrow buildings, which ARRIVE operates, Peel L&P has committed to investing further into transforming the ground floor of No.10 Princes Dock into new ARRIVE space due to be complete in February.
ARRIVE in No.10 Princes Dock will provide space for more than 60 desks and will feature a boardroom, meeting rooms, a kitchen breakout area and focus rooms where occupiers can take a suite from four desks up to 12.
Occupiers also have the added flexibility of using meeting rooms in both MediaCity and No.10 Princes Dock.
Property consultant OBI, appointed by Peel L&P to design and project manage the delivery of the extensive refurbishment works as well as support with the rebrand of ARRIVE, will now roll-out the next phase of ARRIVE’s expansion into Liverpool Waters.
