Comms agency relocates to Bonded Warehouse as growth continues

Grayling North directors Claire Robinson and Andy Garner

Communications agency, Grayling, has moved into new offices in Manchester’s Bonded Warehouse, matching its growth across the North West and Yorkshire.

The 15-strong team has moved from Merchants Warehouse in Castlefield.

The Northern business reported 26% year on year growth, and has continuously expanded its offering over the past five years with dedicated brand communications, corporate affairs and creative and digital specialists to offer an integrated approach.

Director and head of North, Katie Eborall, said: “We’ve more than doubled our team in Manchester in the last few years, working as part of the wider North team, all bringing a wealth of local experience and knowledge.

“From a local councillor to a Tik Tok content creator, our team has broad expertise and an agile offering, all while being able to tap into national and global expertise from over 500 colleagues.

“The power of our local insight and intelligence on the ground, matched with national and international expertise and reach, means that we can offer scale and versatility that many clients can’t find elsewhere.”

To celebrate its new home in the heart of Manchester’s new creative district, the integrated agency will be hosting an open Creative Clinic on Thursday, April 27, allowing businesses access to its innovative team.

Grayling hosts internal Creative Clinics twice weekly, but this is the first time the agency has opened the sessions up externally, offering the service for free to brands and charities in the North West.

Creative director, Andy Garner, said: “We’re right in the centre of the city’s new creative district, next door to the impending Factory International, and in a building built for innovation. Our Creative Clinic will give a taste of the sprint ideas we can build and hopefully spark big ideas for brands and charities alike.”

With offices in both Leeds and Manchester, and a network of nine UK offices, Grayling offers multi-discipline experience, with a blend of brand communications and corporate affairs, encompassing consumer PR, corporate and B2B, public affairs, creative services, digital and stakeholder consultation.

The team’s new Manchester office also features photography, videography and audio studios. It is supported by its London HQ and six other regional offices.
