Dakota House fully let after 10-year deal with Wellness International

Occupational health and wellbeing provider, Wellness International, has signed up to Dakota House, at Wythenshawe’s Concord Business Park.

Canning O’Neill signed up the firm, which will relocate from Wilmslow, acting on behalf of Praxis Real Estate Management.

Wellness International, which was based in Wilmslow for the past 10 years, wll take 6,597 sq ft on a 10-year lease. As part of the agreement the tenant will benefit from 40 car parking spaces.

Dakota House provides 40,000 sq ft of fully refurbished Grade A office accommodation across three floors. Wellness International will join existing occupiers including Brammer Buck & Hickman and Meridian. This latest letting means the building is now fully let.

Adrian Lofthouse, operations director at Wellness International, said: “As a business which specialises in occupational health and wellbeing, we need to make sure the environment in which our people work is in line with this. Dakota House offers highly efficient, modern working environment and enough space to accommodate our future growth.”

James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, joint agents for the scheme with Williams Sillitoe and Cushman and Wakefield, said: “Located close to Airport City, Dakota House is at the epicentre of one of the most sought after business locations in South Manchester.

“We are continuing to see a flight to quality in the South Manchester market with businesses taking the opportunity to relocate to accommodation which will support them in years to come.

“Praxis now only have Rowan Court available to let, which extends to a total of 17,279 sq ft and has recently been fully refurbished to a high specification.”
