Wellbeing group consolidates its offices with Centre Park deal

PAM Group, the Warrington-based occupational health and wellbeing specialist, has secured a 10,346 sq ft office space in the town, at 9 Lakeside Drive, Centre Park, as part of its expansion and consolidation strategy.

Centre Park is an established business hub in central Warrington, offering 461,000 sq ft of office space.

Home to major organisations such as Sonova International, NHS, BGEN, Brookson, and UL, the park continues to attract businesses seeking modern, well connected office accommodation.

The deal was facilitated by BE Group, now part of OBI, acting on behalf of the landlord, Palladium Group. The lease term remains undisclosed.

Simon Roddam, Joint Letting Agent at BE Group, said PAM Group’s goal was to bring multiple office functions under one roof in a high quality, well located workspace.
