Roundhouse spends £50,000 on Chorley units
TWO PROPERTIES at developer the Chorley North Business Park in Lancashire have undergone a £50,000 refurbishment.
Roundhouse Properties has now put units 3 and 4 at Chorley North Business Park up for sale after completing an upgrade of the units.
A spokesperson for the firm said that the industrial park “is a fantastic location to operate from – particularly because of its excellent motorway links”.
The park is next to the M61 motorway and is home to other businesses including Sunlight and Prismo. The units on offer jave flexible space available ranging from 11,100 sq ft to 23,600 sq ft.
Joint letting agents on the scheme are the Manchester office of King Sturge and Preston-based Bailey Deakin & Hamilton.
