Property round-up: Bruntwood completes Hepworth Point; Nolan Redshaw markets Bury HQ; and more

FAMILY-owned property company Bruntwood has completed the conversion of its 45,00 sq ft Hepworth Point office building in Leeds into a 10-storey, 131-bedroom Premier Inn.
The hotel will open in April and will create approximately 40 new jobs.
Hepworth Point, which is situated on Clay Pit Lane, at the northern edge of Leeds city centre, stands opposite the Leeds Arena development, which is currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2013.
Bruntwood director Craig Burrow said: “Bruntwood are delighted to have completed the conversion of Hepworth Point in Leeds and to welcome Premier Inn as a customer.
“We’re now looking for further opportunities within Leeds to expand our core offering, as our customers continue to respond positively to the Bruntwood way of doing business here.”
