Lettings latest: 28,000 sq ft let at Royal Liver Building, and more

PERSHING, a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon, has taken the 28,000 sq ft eighth floor at the Royal Liver Building on Liverpool’s waterfront.
The investment management business has agreed a 10-year lease with agent CBRE.
Mark Worthington of CBRE said: “Pershing previously occupied a smaller suite within Royal Liver Building but was looking to expand and after an extensive search of the market, we are all delighted that they have chosen to relocate and expand in the building.
“The building has been very successful in attracting and retaining occupiers due to the quality of the space provided and the flexible and commercial approach adopted by the building owners, Royal London.”

RETIREMENT home developer McCarthy and Stone has taken 11,200 sq ft at Altrincham Business Park.
The business has agreed at 15-year lease on unit three.

NURSING home group L&M Healthcare has moved its head office from Manchester Airport to Westgate House in Hale.
It has taken 1,250 sq ft at the site owned by Property Alliance Group.
