Aztec completes Manchester city centre job

LIVERPOOL-based fit-out contractor Aztec Interiors has just completed a fit-out of the Lexicon office complex in Manchester city centre.
The company, which has been in business for more than 20 years, opened its Manchester office at Bruntwood’s Marble House building around 18 months ago. It has since been working with property owners such as CEG, Staplecross and Harpingdon and has just finished a four-week fit-out of offices at the Lexicon Building at Mount Street close to the Manchester Central exhibition complex.
The company was employed on the five figure contract to fit-out the offices of property consultancy WHR, but the building is owned by Pugh Davies Properties and has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment.
Aztec director Rob Maxwell said: “We wanted to leave a footprint of the skills and quality that we have shown in the Liverpool market and are pleased we have done so.
“In light of the current climate we are delighted we are able to bring employment and business to Manchester.”
