Baker Tilly takes 20,000 sq ft in Preston

ACCOUNTANCY firm Baker Tilly has taken a 20,000 sq ft grade A building on the edge of Preston.

It has agreed a 10-year lease with West Sussex-based landlord Fourward Properties on Bluebell House, close to junction 31a of the M6, which is owned by Alexander and Cynthia Ross.

Baker Tilly will use the space to bring together staff from Chorley and Bolton to service Lancashire-based clients.

North West regional managing partner Jill Jones said: “We were delighted to find a location that allows us to strengthen our Lancashire team, share expertise and provide the best service to our clients.”

Baker tilly was advised by ES Group while Robert Pinkus & Co advised the landlord.
