Hilton Manchester Airport up for sale

CB RICHARD Ellis’ Hotels division has been appointed by Royal Bank of Scotland to sell six Hilton Hotels, including one at Manchesater Airport.
The bank is selling a portfolio of six regional hotels, including two in Glasgow, the Hilton Brighton Metropole, the Hitlon St Anne’s Manor in Bracknell and a Hilton hotel in Warwick that have been valued at a combined £200m. The Manhcester Airport hotel is the largest of the six properties put up for sale, with 821 bedrooms and an asking price of £28.2m.
CB Richard Ellis Hotels has already sold three Hilton hotels on behalf of RBS this year, raising a total of £40m. The disposals are part of a process embarked upon by the bank to rid itself of non-core assets.
