Alliance completes £1m refurb of Sheffield industrial park

TRAFFORD Park-based developer Property Alliance Group has completed the first phase of a comprehensive refurbishment programme at Ecclesfield 35 Industrial Estate in Sheffield.

The developer, which is managing the estate on behalf of owner Ecclesfield 35 Ltd, which bought the estate last year.

It has spent £1m on upgrading the units, adding an improved power supply and opening a new cafe area for tenants.

Following the refurbishment, Property Alliance3 said that units ranging in size from 1,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft on landing ranging from 3/4 of an acre up to 2 1/2 acres are now available to lease or purchase.

Existing tenants at the site include Tarmac, Lynx Scaffolding Ltd, Access, PH Jones Paint and Frank Haslam Milan.

Property Alliance Group said that it is now developing phase 2 of the site.

Industrial director Lee Charnley said: “Work at the site is progressing well and the completion of the new services means that each unit is able to offer cost effective and functional accommodation for warehousing and manufacturing companies alike.

“We are delighted with the response and enquiry level since completing phase I and look forward to adding to the quality tenant list. We believe the location of Ecclesfield 35, close to Junction 35 of the M1 motorway, will become a key location for small and medium-scale companies.”
