Developer gets go-ahead for Cheshire homes

A HOUSE builder has been given planning permission for 89 high quality family homes in Cheshire.
Taylor Wimpey UK has been given the go ahead for the development on land at Flat Lane in Kelsall.
Manchester-based consultancy HOW Planning secured outline consent for the development in November 2013.
Matthew Robinson, a planner at HOW Planning said: “Taylor Wimpey are making a positive move with these plans which will benefit the local area given the wider highway improvement works which will be implemented as part of the scheme.
“There is a need for high quality homes and the developer has a proven track record within the industry for delivering housing schemes such as this.”
The development will include 31 affordable properties, public open space alongside improved pedestrian links between the site and existing local facilities.
