Warrington homes scheme nears completion

WARRINGTON-based Your Housing Group is putting the finishing touches to Folly Farm Close, a £8.4m development of 80 new homes.

Located on Folly Lane in Bewsey near Warrington, all properties are available for affordable rent.

The scheme, which is a mix of 47 two and three bedroom houses and 33 one and two bedroom apartments, is close to local amenities including a shop, doctor’s surgery, and a number of local primary schools including Bewsey Lodge Primary School and St Alban’s Catholic Primary School.

The development has been built in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) which provided an £800,000 grant. The properties have been designed and built by Cheshire-based Mulbury Homes, specialists in developing affordable housing schemes for social landlords.
