No more room at The Lexicon after latest lettings

MANCHESTER’S landmark city centre block The Lexicon is now fully let following the relocation of executive search specialist Howgate Sable into the building.

Howgate has moved from Arkwright House into a 3,306sq ft space on the top floor of the nine storey building on a 10-year lease.

Meanwhile, accountancy practice Pomegranate Consulting has agreed a five-year lease and is set to occupy a 946 sq ft suite on the second floor.  Quoting rental levels at the building are at £21 per sq ft.

The lettings for The Lexicon – on the corner of Peter Street and Mount Street – have been secured by WHR Property Consultants on behalf of a private client.

Other tenants include Crowe Clark Whitehill, Mazars, and WHR.

Harry Skinner of WHR said: “Following these two latest deals, The Lexicon is now fully let.

“The building has proven to be popular not only because of the exceptional, modern office accommodation but also because of its ability to accommodate office requirements ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft.

“Its location close to the ever evolving St Peter’s Square and tram stop makes it an ideal choice for professional companies.”
