MCR buys Dale House for £2m

PROPERTY investment and development company MCR Property has expanded its commercial property portfolio with the £2m acquisition of Dale House in Stockport.

MCR Property, which trades commercial and residential assets across the UK, purchased the office building through Acuitus auction.

Located in the heart of the town centre, Dale House boasts 44,363sq ft of contemporary office accommodation, with suites ranging from 3,000 to 10,000sq ft.

MCR Property has also announced its plans to complete a comprehensive refurbishment of the building’s available three floors. The work will commerce in soon and is set to be completed in November.

MCR asset manager John Poole said: “Acquiring an office building in Stockport has been on our radar for a while; it has excellent transport links and provides a great catchment area for employers. We can offer quality office accommodation with parking at a fraction of the price of city centre offices.
