Linden Homes flying off plan

HOUSEBUILDER builder Linden Homes is celebrating record pre-sale success at its New Brunswick development in Manchester with all of its new homes released on Phase B snapped up off plan before they reached the open market.

The much-anticipated third phase of the North West divisions’ New Brunswick development includes 12 high quality four-bedroom homes, which were first released to residents of Brunswick in mid-November before being made available to an extensive waiting list of buyers.

All 12 were quickly reserved by customers keen to get their first choice of the plots.

Work has already started on the four-bedroom collection fronting Gartside Gardens, which were on sale for £240,000. They will be built in the Delamere style, which is spread over three floors. The homes boast fully inclusive integrated kitchens and en-suite bedrooms, along with sizeable garages and roof terraces.

Interest in the development has continued to grow over the past year and Linden Homes North West has now secured sales for all 45 of the new homes released.

The next phase of development is due to be marketed in January and will include 12 homes, which are also likely to be reserved quickly.

Sian Pitt, regional sales and marketing manager for Linden Homes North West, said: “This is a fantastic end to 2015 for our North West division and we’re delighted that the new phase has been sold in record time. We’ve had a lot of interest in the four bedroom homes from our waiting list but it is great to see that a significant amount of the new homes have been reserved by local residents.”
