Paragon moves into Freetrade building

INDEPENDENT building consultancy Paragon is moving its Manchester office having agreed a six-year lease at CBRE Global Investor’s Freetrade building in the city centre.
The company – previously based in Bruntwood’s Lowry House – has taken 2008sq ft of office space at £20 per sq ft.
Paragon – which has its head office in London – established its first regional office in Manchester in May last year and has grown from a standing start to an 18-strong team with high profile clients including Legal & General, LaSalle, Select Property, Rockspring, Praxis, Tristan Capital, EasyHotels and Property Alliance Group.
James Onions of Paragon said: “The last 12 months have been incredible and we have exceeded all of our expectations. With the overwhelming support from our clients we have created a thriving business and this new move reinforces our long term commitment to Manchester.”
