Agency expands in 100-year-old former chapel
INTEGRATED creative agency Absolute has expanded to take over more of the available space in its existing offices – a 100-year-old chapel in the Bolton satellite town of Horwich – after a six figure investment.
By doubling its square footage to 6,200sq ft, Absolute has created additional space and facilities for its 14-strong team, including a designated design studio, new photography and filming facilities, and new meeting rooms.
The new office space – which has been completely designed and kitted out by Absolute – has been created to provide total flexibility and bring out the best in its team.
From stand up meeting rooms to collaborative technology pods, from quiet chill out zones to big and airy studios, there’s an area to suit all working styles, depending on employee preferences and what they’re working on.
The studios can be adapted for different uses – to carry out filming and photography work, host seminars and workshops, exhibit artwork and entertain during events and functions.
There are also new communal break out spaces with pool and table tennis tables, refreshments and beanbags for when people need to get away from their desks to unwind and socialise with their workmates.
“Over the last 16 years, Absolute has been growing and evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients and developments in the industry,” said Chris Hodgen, managing director of Absolute.
“Investing in a larger office and new facilities is already proving invaluable to us. Recent projects Absolute has carried out since expanding its office include with Manchester City Football Club, Total Fitness, Royal Birkdale, Keoghs and Incorez.
