Office design firm unveils newly finished offices in Bristol

Interaction, a workplace design and build company, has revealed newly finished offices in a commercial building in Bristol.

Commissioned by EPIC, a real estate investment firm, Interaction transformed the top floor of Linear Park in Temple Quay into an occupier-ready workspace, spanning 8,000 sq ft.

The office space offers a variety of workspaces and meeting rooms to accommodate different working styles, including open plan desks and private booths.

Featuring a moveable central metal divide, the CAT A+ workspace encourages community and collaboration among tenants.

The space is also designed with flexibility, allowing future occupiers to maintain an open plan layout or add partitions as needed.

Dieter Wood, Interaction’s managing director, said: “Linear Park is one of Bristol’s landmark office buildings. So when we were asked to create a modern, new occupier-ready workspace on behalf of landlords EPIC, we leapt at the chance.

“Flexibility is key when attracting future tenants who may have different needs and ways of working. Our innovative design allows them to configure the space to suit their specific requirements. The fit-out has been styled minimally to ensure the space is beautiful without giving it its own distinct personality. This means it’s ready for a tenant to make it their own.”
