Law firm strengthens commercial dispute team
Law firm Freeths has strengthened in Bristol with the appointment of managing associate.
Kelly Whittaker has come from Burges Salmon to lead a new commercial dispute resolution team in the region, to sit alongside the well-established property litigation team in the Bristol office.
Kelly has extensive experience in professional negligence actions having acted on some of the largest negligence claims in the High Court within the last 10 years.
Alongside this, Kelly has advised extensively on company, contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes across a wide range of sectors, particularly financial services.
She will work closely with partner and national head of dispute resolution James Hartley to enhance the firm’s offering in Bristol and the wider regions.
